MADISON (WKOW) -- Watching a game from the stadium seats is fun, but it can be painful for your joints and muscles.  There are things you can do to reduce the discomfort.  You just need to learn the right stretches and fortunately, you can do these 'stadium stretches' right from the comfort of your seat.

And as Wake Up Wisconsin's Elishah Oesch found out, you can also do the stretches from any desk chair, in case you get a bit sore at work.
