MADISON (WKOW) -- Senator Russ Feingold and Ron Johnson meet for the first of three scheduled debates Friday night in Milwaukee.
Feingold, the incumbent, is running for his fourth six-year term in the U.S. Congress, but it's Johnson, the political outsider, who holds a fairly large lead in recent polls.
UW Madison political scientist, Dr. David Canon, gave Wake Up Wisconsin viewers some insight and his thoughts on the state of the race, a little more than three weeks until the general election.
