MADISON, Wis. (WKOW) -- University of Wisconsin-Madison Police Department has released their game day statistics for the Wisconsin vs. Minnesota football game.
24 Citations were issued for underage alcohol and the violators were ejected from the game. Citations were also issued to one person for possession of intoxicants, and one person for resisting and obstructing stadium security.
Four people were ejected from the game but did not receive citations for throwing objects, eight ejected for possession of alcohol, six were ejected for seating issues, two for body passing, and five for nonclarified issues.
There were a total of 26 citations issued, 23 to UW students. A total of 25 were arrested, 22 of which were UW students. 50 people were ejected from the game, 29 were UW students.
