Man streaks at President's rally for $1 million

PHILADELPHIA, PA (ABC) -- Juan J. Rodriguez, 24, of New York City, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, public lewdness, and disorderly conduct on Sunday.

The stunt, put on by British billionaire Alki David, was aimed to generate buzz for a website he's affiliated with. David offered $1 million to anyone willing to streak in front of President Obama with his website's URL scribed across their chest.

Rodriguez took up that challenge.

Rodriguez was arraigned Monday morning, then told reporters that he thought he had done everything necessary to win the money David was offering.

The White House had no comment.
