Favre under fire over allegedly texts to Jets' host
NEW YORK (WKOW) -- Future Hall of Fame quarterback, Brett Favre, is under fire over allegedly sending sexual text and voice messages to a former pre-game host when he played for the NY Jets. After his Minnesota Vikings team lost to the New York Jets last night, he spent about 20 minutes evading questions about the scandal. The married Favre, who is a grandfather, was asked several times about the NFL's investigation into allegations that he sent racy messages and naked photos to former Playboy model Jennifer Sterger in 2008.
The NY Post is reporting that a second woman -- a massage therapist -- claims the 3-time MVP also acted inappropriately with her. If the NFL finds that Favre was involved, his record of consecutive games played could be at risk.
