MADISON (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin Department of Justice confirms they have opened a criminal investigation into Calumet County District Attorney Ken Kratz.
The investigation could lead to charges.
Last year, the Criminal Investigation Division concluded Kratz did not commit a crime when he sent sexually harassing text messages to a domestic abuse victim.
Other allegations could be the cause of the investigation as the division did ask anyone to come forward that knows of any illegal activity by Kratz.
