MADISON (WKOW) -- The impaired driving saga is ending for Rep. Jeff Wood.
The disgraced lawmaker is set to enter a plea to misdemeanor counts of fourth-offense OWI and bail jumping in Monroe County. His hearing is scheduled for 3:00 Tuesday afternoon at the courthouse in Sparta.
Wood's most recent OWI arrest was October 21, 2009 in Tomah.
Earlier this month he pleaded no contest to driving under the influence of a controlled substance in Marathon County and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. He also served 45 days in jail earlier this year for OWI and possession of drug paraphernalia in Columbia County.
The independent from Chippewa Falls is not running for re-election.
