VERONA (WKOW) -- The Salvation Army of Dane County will begin their familiar Kettle Campaign at the Miller and Sons Grocery Store Wednesday morning.
Beginning at 10:30 a.m. bells will be ringing outside the store. Miller and Sons was chosen since it brought in $34,571 last year, the most of any collection site in Dane County.
"Many thanks go out to the generosity of our customers who put money in our kettle making our store the number one store again this year," store co-owner Barb Miller said in a written statement.
In Dane County, the Salvation Army's goal for this year's campaign is $620,000.
