ATLANTA, GEORGIA (WKOW) -- The worst cold is not yet over for Florida and much of the nation.
A cold weather system from Canada is pushing cold air down the East Coast, resulting in temperatures dropping into the 20's across central Florida and into the 30's in other southern states and the north east. It is expected to be the coldest weather this early in the season ever in the history of central Florida -- putting Florida's 2 billion dollar-a-year citrus industry at risk.
As far as snow fall, at least three feet has accumulated in western New York and northwestern Pennsylvania since Sunday.
More snow is expected in those states today, but also in the mountains in North Carolina and Tennessee.
