MADISON (WKOW) -- Once again WKOW is teaming up with the Ad Council and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in an effort to fight drunk driving.
In the days leading up to New Year's Eve, they've launched a nationwide effort aimed at putting the brakes on drunk driving.
A post-campaign Nielsen analysis showed that people who reported seeing a Project Roadblock Public Service Announcement the week between Christmas Eve and New Year's were more likely to stop an impaired friend or relative from driving under the influence.
We need your help in preventing drunk driving. The holidays is one of the deadliest times on the roads.
