HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. (WKOW) -- The late Elizabeth Edwards left her estranged husband and two-time presidential candidate John Edwards out of her will.
The News & Observer of Raleigh reported Thursday that Elizabeth Edwards left all her possessions to her three surviving children.
Her will, signed just days before her death, makes lawyer Cate Edwards, her oldest child, in charge of her estate.
Elizabeth Edwards died Dec. 7 at age 61, after a battle with cancer.
The Edwards' separated early last year after 32 years of marriage. John Edwards admitted he fathered a child during an affair with a former campaign worker.
