MADISON (WKOW) -- Madison snow emergencies continue into tonight.
In Madison, the Streets Department says they had 175 trucks out overnight. And since we're under a snow emergency, they'll be plowing all residential streets along with the main roads.
Monday, the Madison Streets Department said they expect to have all 769 miles plowed by 6 a.m.
WISCONSIN (WKOW) -- A winter weather advisory remains in effect.
Another low pressure system is expected to produce up to an inch of additional snow from the late afternoon into the evening.
Total snowfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected through this evening.
South winds of 15 to 25 mph through this morning will cause some blowing and drifting of the snow. This will especially be the case on the bluff tops and in open areas.
Travel will be impacted, especially during the afternoon commute time. If you're traveling, be prepared for winter driving conditions.
