MADISON (WKOW) -- Working out your arms to get that toned and firm look can be a challenge. There are several different techniques you can employ. But this morning, the Wake Up Wisconsin team got a lesson is strengthening our arms the old fashioned way: push-ups and using body strength to get the look and shape you want. The ladies from the Dane County YMCA showed us all how it's done.
