CHICAGO (WKOW) -- Wrigley Field has been damaged by a severe storm that caused tiles to fall from the top of the press box.
Chicago Emergency Management officials say high winds from the snowstorm battering the city Tuesday night sent the tiles at the 97-year-old ballpark flying. Two streets near the Chicago Cubs' stadium were closed to cars and pedestrians.
Officials say Clark Street between Grace and Roscoe streets and Addison Street between Sheffield and Racine avenues are closed until further notice.
High winds have prevented maintenance crews from repairing the tiles. Crews from the city's building department are on the site monitoring the situation.
