ARLINGTON, Texas (WKOW) -- Mother Nature has been throwing cold temperatures and snow at Texas and may not be done yet. Many are asking the question: Did the cold, icy blast ruin everything for the first Super Bowl week in Dallas-Fort Worth? Or can the region turn things around in the final hours leading up to Sunday's big game?
It had already been a long week of bad weather when snow and ice fell off the roof of the $1.3 billion Cowboys Stadium in Arlington on Friday, injuring at least six people.
The weather caused hundreds of flights to be canceled and cut the time, and money fans would be spending short.
Despite sunny weather on Saturday, snow is back in the forecast for Sunday.
