MADISON (WKOW) -- State and local employees say they're willing to negotiate with Governor Scott Walker.
Today, Union representative held a press conference downtown, saying they're willing to follow financial provisions in the governor's budget bill.
But they won't back down on their collective bargaining rights.
"We offered, stepped down, what more do they want?" said Tom Innes, a McFarland EMT.
Union leaders say they'll continue their rallies tomorrow, and into next week.
