MADISON (WKOW) -- The Democratic Party of Wisconsin filed an ethics complaint against Gov. Scott Walker.
It stems from comments Walker made during a prank call by a blogger posing as David Koch, a campaign contributor.
The complaint says Walker's statements asking campaign contributors for support violates campaign finance regulations.
A spokesman for the governor says the allegations are baseless.
Last week, the Dane County district attorney determined there was nothing criminal about Walker's comments during the phone call.
