MADISON (WKOW) -- The Senate unanimously passed a resolution fining Senate Democrats $100 per day that they miss session.
The Senate was expected to vote on penalties Tuesday. Senate majority leader Scott Fitzgerald said they needed to fine tune the resolution.
After the vote, the Senate recessed until Thursday.
Meanwhile, Senate majority leader Scott Fitzgerald said the Joint Finance Committee has considered the Milwaukee's Bradley Center and Madison's Kohl Center as possible venues to hold public hearings on the budget.
