MADISON (WKOW) -- The Dane County Y's Kat Manuse showed us how to relax while getting, as she said, our "buff" on this Workout Wednesday.
Kat joined us live from the Lussier Y, and showed us how to combine yoga with light weight work, from an easy variation using a chair for balance, to Warrior 3 while doing rows.
