TUSHKA, Okla. (WKOW) – The Medical Examiner's Office is confirming a tornado in Oklahoma caused at least one death.
The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management says the state Medical Examiner's Office reported a death in the town of Tushka in Atoka County.
Officials are still assessing the extent of the tornado damage.
They say northbound U.S. 69 in Tushka is closed because semi-trailers and trees are scattered on the highway.
