MADISON (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin Supreme Court is hearing arguments today before deciding whether to take up the open meetings case involving Governor Walker's budget repair bill.
That's set to begin at 9:45 in the morning. This follows Dane County Judge Maryanne Sumi's ruling that lawmakers violated the open meetings law when they passed the repair bill.
She said one key committee hearing in particular was held without enough notice.
Governor Walker says he's still confident the bill will eventually be approved.
