MADISON (WKOW) -- Summertime is here. Many of us are hitting the pool every day. Which means, many people are trying to get the perfect bathing suit body. A good place start is with toned abs. Although spot training is never the key to getting the look you probably want, there are some specific exercises you can do to tighten and tone your abs. The ladies from the Dane County YMCA showed the Wake Up Wisconsin team how it's done.
