MADISON (WKOW) - We all could use a little help sometimes. If you have a problem that's got you stumped, help is out there. Actually it's upstairs, here in our 27 News building. Our Call for Action team has been helping to solve consumer complaints for the last few years but they know there is more they can do. They want to remind residents they are here solely to solve your problems.
If you have one, they want to encourage you to give them a call. Since 2009, Call for Action has helped get more than $300,000 back in the hands of unsatisfied customers. Every week, our team members answer phones taking your consumer complaints. We listen and we often get results.
Our Call for Action team is a group of volunteers who come to the station three days a week.. Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays... to answer phones. You can speak to them between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on those days, otherwise you can file a consumer complaint anytime on our web channel.
