OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) -- Authorities say four dozen people have been arrested for drug trafficking or possession in the Fox Valley. Police and sheriff's officials say the arrests were the result of a yearlong investigation into the sale of $4.5 million worth of heroin and crack cocaine in the Oshkosh area. Investigators say ten people are responsible for bringing large amounts of drugs into the area from Illinois. Nine of the ten core individuals are in custody.
