(WKOW)- Just a few days after his miraculous third straight John Deere Classic title, Steve Stricker is overseas at the Open Championship and the Edgerton native fired a first round 69 putting him at one-under par for the tournament. That score puts him just four shots off the pace set by amateur Tom Lewis and Thomas Bjorn who sit at five-under.
Madison native Jerry Kelly shot a first round 74 putting him at four-over for the tournament.
