Power restored to customers in north central Wisconsin
GREEN BAY (WKOW) -- Wisconsin Public Service has restored power to the majority of 35,000 customers who lost power during the severe thunderstorms Sunday night.
The utility company says high wind and lightning caused the outages in north central Wisconsin. About 8,800 customers still do not have service as of Monday morning, most located in Rhinelander, Green Bay, Stevens Point and Waupaca.
