MADISON (WKOW) -- Wisconsin college students will pay more to go to school in Minnesota under the states' new reciprocity pact.
Minnesota signed off on the deal Monday.
The agreement allows college students from one state to pay in-state tuition in the other state.
In-state tuition is higher in Minnesota. In the past, the state of Wisconsin made up the difference, but that will fall to students now.
The change will begin for students beginning college in the fall of 2012.
