
Daisy Cafe & Cupcakery showed off its sweet treats and savory dishes, when owner Daryl Sisson joined us this morning in the Chef's Corner.
Sisson showed us one of the treats for which the cafe has gained a reputation, the Wakey-Bakey cupcake.
And chef Armando put together Huevos Rancheros de la Daisy, a favorite item on the cafe's breakfast menu. It's a tortillas topped with black beans, roasted vegetables, eggs, pepper jack cheese, and served with tomatillo-avocado salsa and fresh fruit.
