MILLERSVILLE, Pa. (WKOW) -- Video shot by a CNN iReporter shows the devastation caused by flooding in Pennsylvania.
iReporter Matt Moore shot video of a house floating down the Conestoga River and crashing into a bridge.
Pennsylvania was pounded by rain from the remnants of Tropical Storm Lee.
North of Millersville, in Wilkes-Barre, the levees along the Susquehanna River are under extreme stress due to the heavy rain. A county flood protection official said the river's level in the city is the highest on record and "well beyond the design" for the levee system. But luckily, officials say the Susquehanna has begun to recede.
Mandatory evacuations are still in effect for tens of thousands in the area.
