MADISON (WKOW) Agility and nimbleness are important in everyone's life. (Especially if you have little kids and you spend your time chasing after them.) Regardless of kids though, being able to change your body's position efficiently and quickly while not hurting yourself, is very important.
In this week's Work Out Wednesday Kat Manuse from the Dane County YMCA shows us how to improve our agility without over extending ourselves. The exercises she demonstrates can help anyone with their balance, speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance.
