WASHINGTON—Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano will travel to Madison, Wisconsin Sept. 16-17.
On Friday, Secretary Napolitano will deliver remarks announcing a key component to the government-wide initiative to encourage the best and brightest foreign students and scholars to study and remain in the U.S. at the University of Wisconsin Madison and participate in a media availability with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton.
On Saturday, Secretary Napolitano will deliver remarks at the Madison Civics Club 100th Anniversary Commemoration luncheon.
