
MADISON (WKOW) -- The road to state continued on Friday as Level 3 of the WIAA state football playoffs kicked off across Wisconsin.
Madison Edgewood pulled off a thrilling 21-20 win over Mt. Horeb/Barneveld to advance to the state semifinals.
The Vikings scored in the final two minutes to pull to within an extra point, but head coach Travis Rohrer decided to go for the two-point conversion. The Crusaders batted down a pass from MHB's Matt Fargo to win the game in dramatic fashion, 21-20.
