MADISON (WKOW) -
United Wisconsin, the group dedicated to the recall of Governor Scott Walker, will host a Madison countdown party Monday night at Hawk's Bar and Grill on State Street.
The event starts at 9:00 p.m. and the group will start circulating petitions at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Governor Walker will spend part of his day signing a new state emergency response plan into law.
He is expected to take questions about the recall effort after that event on Monday afternoon.
