MADISON (WKOW) -- Just before the Badger game against Penn State, a Madison volunteer will receive some special recognition on the field.
Peter Gray, an executive recruiter at QTI in Madison and volunteer for the Boys and Girls Club will be the recipient of the first ever Youmanity Award.
The award will be presented on the field 30 minutes before kick-off.
Dave Sorensen, president of Legacy Advisor Network nominated the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County for the award from Aviva USA. Aviva USA created the Youmanity Award to salute everyday people like Peter, who make a difference in their community.
The Boys and Girls Club was nominated by Dave Sorensen because of their hard work to make Dane County a better place for all young children.
Aviva will also be handing out over 20,000 Youmanity tokens to Badger fans on Saturday in hopes of inspiring them to "pay it forward" like Peter.
