EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (WKOW) -- The Packers have maintained their perfect season so far, going 12-0.

Aaron Rodgers engineered a last minute drive to set up a 30-yard field goal by Mason Crosby on the final play of regulation and the Green Bay Packers remained undefeated and clinched a playoff berth with a 38-35 victory over the New York Giants on Sunday.

Rodgers hit three passes of more than 18 yards on the drive in the final 58 seconds as the Super Bowl champion Packers (12-0) won their 18th straight game and handed the Giants (6-6) their fourth straight loss.

New York, which was blown out by New Orleans Monday night, tied the game on a 2-yard Eli Manning touchdown pass and a 2-point conversion run by D.J. Ware with just under a minute to play.

New York Giants starting safety Kenny Phillips sprained his left knee with about four minutes to go in the first half against the Green Bay Packers and his return was questionable.

Phillips was injured making a tackle on tight end Jermichael Finley's 23-yard catch that helped set up a Packers touchdown late in the half.

Giants rookie linebacker Spencer Paysinger was the first to go down with a strained hamstring early in the second quarter and was declared out for the rest of the game.

Packers running back James Starks followed minutes later with an ankle sprain, and his return was questionable.

The teams gave no other details about the injuries to Paysinger and Starks.
