PULASKI (WKOW)-- A highway running through downtown Pulaski reopened Tuesday after a major fire over the weekend.
Three buildings were destroyed, including one owned by insurance salesman Doug Prentice.
While dealing with his own property, Prentice has several customers on the block that need his help.
So his neighbor across the street is offering him some makeshift office space.
Prentice says, "He's had a For Rent sign in here since last year and it all started coming together. I asked him right off the bat. He gave me a smile and said, 'We can make this happen."
Prentice's family says it is one of many offers from a community that is eager to help.
