MADISON (WKOW) -- The woman accused of emailing threats to Republican state lawmakers pleaded guilty in court Thursday.
Twenty-seven-year-old Katherine Windels, of Cross Plains, was charged in April with threatening to shoot the senators and put bombs around their homes and the State Capitol.
Police say Windels sent the threats because she was upset about the collective bargaining bill.
Court records show three other charges were dismissed on the prosecutor's motion.
