WKOW 27: Madison, WI Breaking News, Weather and Sports2 accused of spitting on Wis. recall supporters

DODGEVILLE (WKOW) -- Two people were arrested over the weekend for allegedly spitting on people gathering signatures to recall Gov. Scott Walker.

The alleged incident was reported just after noon on Saturday in the village of Arena.

The Capital Times reports the suspects are 55 and 28 years old.  Both are from Barneveld.

The men were arrested on tentative charges of disorderly conduct.

Both men posted bond and were released from jail.
