MADISON (WKOW) -- Those trying to recall Governor Scott Walker are asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit the Governor's campaign filed against the state elections board.
The Recall Walker Committee, along with those efforting recalls of the Lieutenant Governor and three republican state senators filed on Tuesday in Waukesha County Court.
Recall backer argue the lawsuit is designed to create disruption.
The governor's campaign wants the court to order the Government Accountability Board to do more signature reviews than they're required to do by law.
A motions hearing is expected to happen on December 29th.
