WKOW 27: Madison, WI Breaking News, Weather and SportsPackers expanding stock offering

GREEN BAY (WKOW) -- Interest has been so high in buying stock in the Packers, the team is offering more.

The Packers said nearly all of the original 250,000 shares are gone, so they're expanding the offering by 30,000 shares.

You'll be able to buy as long as the shares last or by the deadline of February 29.

The money raised by the stock sale will help the team finish its $143 million renovation of Lambeau Field.
