MADISON (WKOW) -- Gov. Scott Walker will deliver his second State of the State speech on January 25.
Walker will give the address before a joint meeting of the state Legislature.
The date comes a week after recall organizers have to turn in petitions to force a recall election. At least 540,000 signatures are needed to force a recall election.
Last year Walker revealed little in his State of the State speech which came just 10 days before he unveiled his collective bargaining proposal.
