MUSCODA (WKOW) -- Deputies arrested a man Friday night for his fifth offense of operating while intoxicated.
Around 8:30 p.m., a deputy pulled over a truck driven by David Hagenston because Hagenston wasn't wearing his seatbelt. When talking to Hagenston, the deputy detected a strong odor of intoxicants.
Officers say Hagenston failed several field sobriety tests.
He was arrested for his fifth OWI offense, which is a felony.
Hagenston is being held in the Grant County Jail without bond.
