MADISON (WKOW) -- Governor Scott Walker has declared School Choice Week in Wisconsin.

"Wisconsin is a national leader of school choice," Governor Walker said. "Thousands of students and parents have benefited from the opportunity that school choice provides.  Increasing options for our children is a bipartisan issue that allows us to better serve Wisconsin's students."

School Choice Week runs January 22 through January 28, 2012.
