MADISON (WKOW) -- An independent panel has finished its report on the alleged misconduct of former UW Athletics official John Chadima. In a statement, UW-Madison Interim Chancellor David Ward says the university will release the report as soon as it's legally permissible to do so.
Chadima has ten days to respond to the report and he can ask a judge to block the release of the records.
Chadima resigned following the allegation.
A source close to UW Athletics told 27 News Chadima was intoxicated at a Rose Bowl-related party while in Southern California and took part in "embarrassing" actions.
Last week, Chadima apologized for his "lapse in judgment".
