WASHINGTON (WKOW) -- With the recall campaigns and a presidential election, Wisconsin voters will have no shortage of politics in their lives this year.
Add to that the US Senate race to replace Herb Kohl and there would seem to be a real possibility of voter fatigue.
But the one Democrat running for the Senate sees the opposite happening.
"I really don't worry about voter fatigue because I think people are energized to engage in the fight to make sure their leaders are responsive to them," said Rep. Tammy Baldwin on Tuesday.
Monday, one of Baldwin's potential Republican opponents, former governor Tommy Thompson, said the recall campaigns are taking attention and money away from the Senate race, although he said he considers it more important for Wisconsin to keep Governor Scott Walker in office.
