MADISON (WKOW) -- The two Democrats who have publicly announced they want to run in a recall election against Republican Gov. Scott Walker have raised little money so far.
Former Democratic Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk announced Tuesday that
she has about $26,000 cash on hand. The report she was required to file
only covers activity through the end of last year, which is before she formally announced that she will run against Walker.
Democratic state Sen. Tim Cullen of Janesville is also running. His
report shows that he raised just over $11,100 last year and has about
$26,300 in the bank.
Walker, on the other hand, has raised more than $12 million since last year and has $2.6 million on hand.
There are other Democrats who are considering running.
