BLOOMING GROVE (WKOW) -- Authorities arrested a Madison man for driving drunk with four children in the car, that weren't his kids.
According to the Dane County Sheriff's Office, Berry Banks, 50, of Madison, was pulled over around 12:30 Tuesday morning for a suspended vehicle registration. It was then determined he was driving drunk, so he was arrested for his fourth OWI.
All four children, ages 3, 7, 10 and 12 were in the back seat of the car, two kids buckled into each seat belt. The 3-year-old was not in a child seat. They were sent home with their mother, who was also a passenger.
Banks faces several charges, including felony OWI (4th offense), operating after revocation, and a child safety restraint violation.

Fifty-year-old Berry Banks was pulled over initially around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday because his vehicle had suspended registration.
Banks had four children passengers, ages 3, 7, 10 and 12. All four children were released to their parents.
Banks was arrested for the fourth offense OWI and was later booked into the Dane County Jail. He is also being cited for Suspended Registration, Operating After Revocation, and for a Child Safety Restraint Violation.
