MADISON (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin Better Business Bureau (BBB) says it's received numerous complaints recently about unsolicited robo calls.
In the last ten days, the BBB has received 17 letters and dozens of phone calls from people complaining about the calls. The calls are going to home and cell phones.
Officials say the calls are recorded messages offering to lower credit card interest rates. Sometimes people who receive the calls don't even have credit cards.
The BBB says if you get a call like this, you should report it to the Federal Trade Commission.
It also says make sure you don't give out any of your personal or financial information.
