BALTIMORE (WKOW) -- Maryland quarterback Danny O'Brien has announced he will leave Maryland after he graduates this Spring.
He has two years of eligibility remaining and wants to play for another school. He's reportedly narrowed his choices to Wisconsin, Michigan State, Stanford and Vanderbilt.
O'Brien was the ACC's Rookie of the Year in 2010, but he had a falling out with his offensive coordinator last year and was benched. He had over 4,000 yards passing in two seasons. Last year he completed 150 of 266 passes for over 16,000 yards, seven touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
He's a big guy too standing 6'3", 215 pounds.
