MADISON (WKOW) -- If you and your family are trying to eat healthier this year, we may have the perfect event for you.
Starting at 10 a.m. Saturday a Winter Garden Party and Health Fair took place today at St. Mary's Janesville Hospital and Dean Clinic Janesville East.
Joining us this Saturday morning was Amy Stepp, Registered Dietitian with Dean Clinic.
The event included "Produce Power" to show family how to buy from local farmers and the health benefits of eating fruits and vegetables. Guests were also able to learn some cooking tips and learn about cholesterol management and reduce sodium information.
This was the first time event for the organization.
